Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value.

Pricing Policy

Prices published on our website are for online orders only. We may have special offers on prices at our retail shows these offers are not available for online purchases.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.

We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order.

Postage

Shipping costs are as follows and may change at any time due to rises in shipping prices.

UK Shipping Rates

Royal Mail track 48. Deliveries will take approx 2 days. We reserve the right to change delivery service to an alternative one.

For orders under £25 the shipping cost is £2.70.

For orders over £25 shipping is free.

Orders received before midday will be sent same day.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. 

Missing or damaged parcels

Please inform us within 7 working days if your order has not arrived or is damaged.

Stock Shortages

We try to keep our online stock up to date but as we sell at exhibitions over the weekend some items may be temporarily out of stock.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise when more stock will be available. We will ship back order items as soon as they back in stock usually within 10 days.

Tax

All prices include VAT, we are not VAT registered.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be used are only available on online purchases. We reserve the right to cancel the voucher code.

Discount excludes delivery charges.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of original postage paid. Your refund will be paid within 3 days of goods being returned and inspected. You are responsible for the postage cost when returning items unless the items are damaged.

All items that are returned should be unused.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
